Pregnancy carpal tunnel??

Have any of you ladies dealt with pregnancy carpal tunnel? I got it towards the end of my pregnancy and 4 weeks pp it hasn’t gone away. During pregnancy my wrists and fingers hurt and cramped up at night now a month later my wrists constantly hurt. One wrist locks up and it’s hard to even lift my baby out of his bassinet. Anyone have experience with this or know how long it will take to go away? Hoping it’s not permanent ☹️

Night braces! They work wonders! Every night for 6 weeks. Easy to get anywhere, cheapest on amazon though. I bought mine at Walmart.

I had it during pregnancy and after eight weeks still had loads of pain in the wrists.
Went to my doctor and was diagnosed with de quervain’s tendonitis, which I’m told is not that uncommon for new mums.
I had steroid injections in both wrists, which wasn’t very enjoyable but the pain went and never came back

I have carpel tunnel from pregnancy in my right hand still 7 weeks pp., and “mothers thumb” in my left. I wear braces to bed every night and it really helps. My doctor said the carpel tunnel will be completely be  gone on it’s own in a few months. If you google mothers thumb there is a test you can do to see if that is what you have. I get that same feeling like my thumb is popping out of place, the thumb splint and ice work wonders for at home relief.

I had it to towards the end! 
From my experience sadly, i am 10 almost 11 months pp and i still have it! Wrist braces are a big help!
