Pescatarian Life

In The Last 3 Months I completely changed my eating habits. I gave up pork, red meat, and poultry. I eat a lot of vegan foods but it was hard for me to give up my seafood.

Trying to incorporate the gym is so hard as I work a lot so instead I just incorporated as much walking as possible. Water is my drink of choice and I eat a lot of vegetables. The picture on the left is May and the picture on the right is today August 19. Not only did I lose weight to feel better but I am also trying to conceive as I just turned 34 a week and 1/2 ago and the clock is ticking. I just wanted to share and hopefully be some motivation for anybody who made need it. 💪🏾
