Need help

So, I'm 7 months pp and my periods arent regular yet but I've had 3. I'm 22 days late, I had spotting for 3 days (not nearly enough to make a mess in my undies) this happened 5 days after my missed period (period lasts 5 days I would be on CD 10) I've had nausea, insomnia, cramping, emotional, nipples have been hurting when my DD nurses. Anyways the last few days my appetite has increase 10 fold I feel nauseous everyday but my pregnancy tests are not coming up positive or vvvvvvvf like I have to use my flashlight which makes me think it is just the dye underneath the test. I'm seeing my doctor in 2 weeks (she is on holidays) any advice or help would be great!
