Sore breast

I’ve been getting pains in my left breast almost cramp like. I also feel a lump type thing it’s that a 2p sized circle under my breast that’s really sore and hard. I’ve recently been put on the pill so could it be because of that? I’m 16 and getting slightly paranoid because I’ve also have a purple pussy spot on my areola before but it’s not turned white. Should I get it checked just to be safe or am I just being silly and should just stop worrying about it? X
