My 10th fertility treatment failed and we want to take a break from it all.....no testing, no drs, no charting, no scans, no medicines, no injections, nothing! BUT...I can't seem to stop testing (opks and pregnancy) I have a lot of both tests left over and I just can't help but to fall back into the routine I have been doing for the past 5 years 😭 How do I get myself to stop....
*please don't say just stop....obviously that doesn't work 😔🤦

Use them all & then don’t buy more that way you’re not tempted to test

Replace the need to test with another routine. If it’s in the morning, make a breakfast smoothie. Lunch time? Do a bunch of sit ups, increasing the number daily. Log your progress of the sit ups. Night time? Drink a calming Sleepy Tea. 
Log your progress of how many days you can go without testing yourself. Seeing results will help you to keep up the good work.

Is your partner on board with you to give it a break from all the charting etc if so get one of those lockable tins out them all in there and get your partner to keep the key or code

I would give yourself a budget for how often you test. I was testing twice a day and it became obsessive so I cut it back to once a day, and then to every other day,  and then once a week. Just try to cut back. Its okay.

I would say use them all but not as frequent. That way little by little you stop reducing the number of times you have been testing. Hopefully by the time you use them all you won't be interested in buying more.
