I’m in a challenge called “No weigh August”, so I currently do not know my weight. I am in the 200s, however.
Big Changes:
My oblique muscles are starting to finally show themselves 😍
I’m sweating 10 minutes into my 30 minute workout every morning. 🥵
I’m feeling more confident in my body 💖
Working out every morning before I start my day makes me feel like I can take on the world! 💪🏻
