Breakfast during first trimester?

What's a well balanced diet for first trimester? Any tips greatly appreciated.

Anything you can keep down. I find that if I eat some toast even before I have water then I can stomach something healthy like eggs fruit or yogurt

Anything you can keep down or anything that sounds good lol. For me. Nothing sounded good for the first 8 weeks. Literally nothing. So I ate toast or dry cereal just to put something in my stomach. Watermelon did help though. 
Now, I’m 11 weeks and for the last 2-3 weeks all I want in the morning is a gluten free waffle with almond butter and cinnamon, fresh strawberries, and a drizzle of maple syrup. So that’s what I eat for breakfast every day. Lol.
A “balanced” breakfast for me would usually be something like egg whites with spinach, a piece of toast with maybe some peanut butter or almond butter, and fresh fruit. But seriously, just eat anything. 😋

Whole grain toast with butter/jam, or an English muffin with an egg and chicken sausage... frittata with vegetables, lots of options! Of course adding some fruit is also good.
