Possibly pregnant😊😊

Today I am 12 dpo. Last night during intercourse, I had some cramps, which I never get during intercourse. Afterwards, I had some brown spotting when I wiped. Just a little line of brown spotting. I'm suppose to get AF tomorrow but I'm having no signs of it. Could I be pregnant? What do you think?
