Herpes

Ok i have cold sore aka herpes on the mouth. Now before i get shamed...i have only ever kissed 2 people and only had sex with one ever...

Not sure how i got it, have had it for years.

So basically im wondering how likely it is to have herpes on the lips accidentally spread to genitals?

Idk why but im just worried and being ocd. I got cold sore medicine, i wash my hands before and after i use bathroom, before and after shower, TONS of hand sanitizer and hand washing all day. Not touching it obviously.

Its only just saw it like 2 days ago...so been CAREFUL AF since....

But im paranoid atm.

I called a nurse at clinic he said it was unlikely and he thought homecare would be good enough along with no contact aka kissing. Which i havent been...

Im honestly just looking for reassurance....
