Alright so I'm curious when did everyone introduce lettuce to their kids? Please explain why in comments

Think he was like 8 or 9months, he got to taste everything we had. He didn’t like it, so he spat it out.

I offered all foods, including allergen foods (excluding high fructose corn syrup, honey, and cow milk) before age 1. The lettuce I've always offered usually gets thrown to the side, however, spinach, kale, and/or collard greens are much more accepted by my little one. He's almost 2 now and lettuce is still questionable to him. 😂

I haven't offered leafy greens yet, he's 2. I doubt he'll like them.

We tried around a year, but it made him gag up until recently (22m) I guess because he didn’t chew it enough? But we also can’t give him chips because he apparently doesn’t chew them enough and it makes him gag and throw up 🤷‍♀️

I don’t generally have lettuce in my house so I never thought of introducing it to him. He stole it off my plate at a restaurant at some point and really liked it.

Our twins have been eating salad since they’ve been old enough to feed themselves, like 9-10 months. They love salad (most days😉)
