Starting my fitness journey back up. I’m 5’6 at 158.2 lbs ☹️. I’d like to get back to 142 lbs. ever since I got married, my workout regime declined fast. 😑 But it’s been 8 months and now I am ready to get back on track and look even more sexy for my husband! Starting off with cardio for about 1 month and then weight training.
