Advice needed... please!!

I saw midwife today for my 16 week appointment. Blood results came back and midwife mentioned low PAPPA which was 0.38. I am under consultant care now and will have regular growth scans from 28 weeks. Midwife said she is not concerned, but I am just wondering if anyone has experienced this?
