Lesbian..?

I don't know my sexuality. I love girls now, and identify as lesbian at the moment. I am just worried that in a few years time, my thoughts might seem to change, and I could somehow come how with a boy, when everyone expects a girl. I can see myself with girls only now, because boys just aren't attractive to me, but I am just worried how telling people I'm lesbian might affect me in the future.

I thought I was a lesbian from 8th grade until my first year of college. I then experimented with boys. I started dating my first boyfriend at 20 and over 2.5 years later we are still together! I indenting as bi now but I do lean more toward woman. You can be whoever you want to be

I’ll give you some short and sweet advice. “Sexuality is fluid. It’s never set in stone. It’s on your terms. Some people don’t prefer labels. If that’s you, don’t let anyone try and label your sexuality. If it changes that’s okay. It’s fluid. Just go with what feels right at the time, and what makes you feel like you.” :)

The thing is gay feelings usually start at a young age like before puberty you’d start to admire girls without finding guys attractive. Then after it you get sexual feelings, some girls start to like girls at the stage where they have sexual feelings and that’s the most part where it could change, unlike a girl who liked girls before puberty, like you know when girls in kindergarten say they like a boy in their class and want to marry him, some girls who later identify as full on lesbians all the way up to their 50’s start to say “oh she’s pretty and I like her” as a little kid. 
You don’t see straight girls saying they’re afraid of changing their sexuality, some actually change and start liking and dating women. My advice for now is if they ask just say: “right now all I think about is girls” and just say that you’re a lesbian. If you end up liking a guy, keep in mind one thing, be careful of compulsory heterosexuality, it’s when you think you’re obliged to date guys because society accepts it, many girls say they’re bi when they’re actually more on the lesbian side because they think their sexuality is wrong and should be in the norm like other people. Test the waters and see how girls make you feel vs. boys if crushes on girls are too strong and repetitive, like finding yourself attracted to a lot of women chance is that you’re a lesbian. I know a girl who is a lesbian but only liked guys if they had long hair. That ofcourse is a part of her attraction to girls cuz they usually have long hair. Just be yourself and if you like girls then you just do. Some girl knew she was a lesbian because she didn’t feel any spark when she kissed a guy, but felt electrified when she kissed a girl. That’s when she was confused and was reassured that being a lesbian is who she actually is. Experimenting with guys isn’t necessary to confirm your sexuality. Straight men never experimented with men and know their straight, same goes for lesbians.
