LADIES PLEASE HELP!!!

I’m 7dpo today and I guess I kinda forgot about that because I’ve been trying to keep from obsessing over it and I was lifting weights someone told me that I messed up bad and now I’m so scared. If an egg was fertilized did I mess up the implantation process?
