Where can i find more info on testing out your ovulation. I have strips. Not sure how it all works..

This is my second cycle on 50 mg and I go get my blood tested every 21st day of my cycle to see if I ovulated. My obgyn said that that’s the best thing to do.... only down fall is that you don’t know until after.

I’m not sure what brand you’re using, but I use BFP ovulation strips and they have this YouTube video that outlines all of the information. It’s essentially the same information that’s in the written instructions that you should have received with your strips, but if you’re a visual learner it doesn’t hurt to watch.
