First timer here
So I recently found out I was pregnant. I am around 4 weeks and 6 days... I am a nurse. I pull up patients and do a lot of hard work, I was wondering what I should avoid. I’m trying to avoid any hard labor but it’s hard without explaining to everyone why im avoiding it. I don’t want to tell everyone until the end of the first trimester. any input would be helpful. 😊👶🏼♥️
