Disturbing images
I need some help here. I’ve always been just bad at sleeping. I wake up several times a night and it takes me a long time to fall asleep.
However, I’ve recently realized part of the reason I struggle with sleep so much. I have theses really disturbing and scary images that come to my mind when I try to sleep. They terrify me. I normally don’t remember them, but I recently have. And I don’t know what to do.
I was wondering if anyone had any tips to help? Because at this point, I am scared to sleep.
