Has anyone had this type of bleeding during early pregnancy and had a healthy delivery?

I woke up around 2am and went to the bathroom to find this type of blood. I'm nervous I could be having a miscarriage. I have an ultrasound appointment next Monday. I bled for about 12 hrs today. Has anyone else had this type of bleeding and eveything be fine during pregnancy? I'm about 6 weeks pregnant.

My bleeding during my first trimester was light pink or brown and had a healthy pregnancy. When I miscarried it was like my period but worse and with cramps and clots. This looks a little more bright red in my opinion. This absolutely could be normal for you, but I’d definitely call your dr to be sure and for your peace of mind!

could be normal...you could always take another pregnancy test to make sure it’s still positive...either way i would let your doctor know
