Hey everyone!

I’ve been going to the gym for a while, but I mostly do cardio and maybe once In a while weights. I’m 5’4 and 143lbs. I’ve noticed that I’ve been getting somewhat of a belly and my thighs seems to be getting fatter. I really don’t know what to eat and what not to that much and also maybe I’m not exercising correctly. Was wondering if I can get advice or possible help/ tips on exercise routines and meal plan prep.

FYI I’m the type that needs step by step info.
