BBT trackers
Does the thermometer I use for tracking have to be made specifically for BBT or can I get a normal thermometer? Also when should I start? I just want to be able to pinpoint exactly because I heard that even if I get a positive opk doesn’t always mean I ovulated or that it could take days before i do O.
