Should I be worried???

DON’T LOOK IF YOU’RE SQUEAMISH!!
So I’ve been throwing up for about 4 days straight, extremely bad nausea and diarrhea. I was finally able to eat some food but the nausea is still bad an I have really bad gas now. 
So as soon as I finished eating I got diarrhea, I go to wipe and I see blood...

I’m not on my period. That’s from my bum hole after I wiped...

Because it’s bright red and the vomiting and diarrhea I’d think it’s tearing probably. But I’d still get checked.

Could be from the pressure of throwing up but I’d go see a doctor to be safe

I’ve had this many many times! After a colonoscopy gastroscopy and multiple doctors appoints, blood being drawn, and being put on iron supplements they just determined that I have anal fissures (though they said they didn’t see those either but that’s all they can tell me since they tested for everything else) 
So it is possibly that since you have been having diarrhea it could be from tears near your rectum! 
However, given you other symptoms I would say you should see your doctor as soon as possible!! Just to be sure

I can tell you that bright red blood is actually a good thing (not exactly but better than it could be) it would actually be dark red/black if something was seriously wrong. But with your other symptoms, I would definitely go see a doctor girl! Good luck 🤞🏻
