Is that test within the timeframe? If so, it's positive. I'd call your doc and tell them you're spotting. Could be implantation bleeding, or could have been a chemical.

this happened to me back in April got a positive and then the next day started spotting.... I left it as I know it can be normal to spot in early pregnancy... but sadly I lost the baby.... but I would keep an eye if it get heavier then contact your doctor xx
