How often do you take your LO on a walk?

Question

We have a bassinet stroller attachment and it's our main mode of transportation with baby. Our daily walk is usually when my LO takes his first nap of the day (10:30-11:30).

I've been trying to lose a bit of weight so everyday I put her in her baby harness and take her for a 20 minute walk round the block. We also walk the dog for 10 mins every day or so. She hates going in the harness and cries but calms down once we get outside. She really enjoys her walks, but she gets a bit fussy if we come to a stop.

I've been wanting to go more but she sleeps all morning usually then it gets too warm. I might take her today since the high is 81.

I try to whenever the weather is nice, but we’ve had tons of rain this summer. When it’s just me with the three kids our walks are usually to the playground. When my husband comes we go for longer ones.
