So for the last 2 weeks I've had a niggling dull pelvic ache none stop it went really bad over ovulation but then went back to a dull ache. I'm not in agony where I cant walk or get out of bed but it is noticeable and does sometimes hurt to have sex

I had a scan yesterday incase it was a cyst but it wasnt

Any ideas? I know it could be endo but not really sure I want invasive surgery to see if it is as went through a very rough time having my appendix removed
