How I got my BFP with PCOS
Hey ladies!!!
I just thought I’d share to maybe give you girls some hope and advice!
When I was first diagnosed with PCOS, I wasn’t trying to conceive and was only about 20 or so, so I didn’t worry too much about it. When it became time to conceive, it caused fertility issues for me. I was so scared and hopeless, my doctor told me it was even harder for people with “thin” PCOS ( meaning you don’t have the typical signs such as obesity or male pattern hair growth etc) to conceive and that’s what I have! My doctor started me on Metformin and after some research, I started a low carb diet. These combined magically regulated my periods! They were SO irregular before and I couldn’t believe it! The next step was clomid. After 2 rounds of clomid + metformin + low carb diet and my awesome healthy smoothies, I got my BFP! I was so happy, in tears, could not believe it! I have to say I truly believe my healthy smoothies were a major factor, we Americans forget that diet plays a major roll. Every morning I’d have a smoothie and I felt so much better! Frozen blueberries
Plain Greek yogurt (oikos)
Lots of spinach

Flax seeds
Water
I love the taste but if you can’t handle it try a flavored Greek yogurt, it makes a difference! I just tried plain because it’s more natural and no chemicals!
I really do believe this helped me as well as everything else and LOTS of prayers 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼!
