Not me but...

My sister miscarried yesterday. She was 7 weeks and 3 days. This has devastated our whole family. She hadn't really went public until the miscarriage announcement yesterday. I'm absolutely heartbroken. I can't even begin to fathom how she feels. Please help me help her. She's closer to me than anyone. I want to be there for her, but I have no idea how. How do I get over this, and much more importantly, help her get over this (to the best of her abilities. I understand that for many, they never quite get over it). This was her first pregnancy. She and her husband are young, and definitely going to try again. But not immediately. We understand that everything happens for a reason, but this still hurts.
