Can i get mild symptoms at 7dpo?

I'm roughly 7dpo and today I just feel not really "with it".. The strangest thing happened. I was driving my usual route on the way home from work and then suddenly I went into full blown confused mode and forgot what road I was on/where I was. Never ever happened before. Surely baby brain can't come this early 😂
