Does it really matter what time to take OPK’s?

I just started my fertile window yesterday and took a opk test but I took it at 5pm. Last month I took them around noon every day during my fertile window. So I was just wondering if it changes the accuracy of them if you take them at different times of day? Would it be okay to take one at noon today rather than 5pm?

You should’ve started earlier 2 days after your period because the app isn’t  always right. But best to test 2 times a day between 10am and 8pm but test when you can 2 times a day

Yes it matters. The lh surge can be really short (mine lasts for just 2 hours) so it's easily missed. Opk testing should be done within the 10am-6pm window (unless using digital opks and then testing should be done with first morning pee).
You will find your optimum time. For lots of ladies that's around 2pm. For me it was always 4pm
