Sharp pinching

I’m 15 DPO & AF due tomorrow according to the app. I’ve taken a few tests and all have had vvvvvvvfl’s. I haven’t taken one since Monday morning. Today I am having a punching pain in my vagina hole? Could that be related to period ( never had it before ) or pregnancy? Thank you :)
