Birth control ..

So I stopped taking my birth control pills in July and had my last period soon after that . I still haven’t had another period but all pregnancy test are reading negative. Is it too early for me to conceive since I haven’t been off birth control that long ? Maybe my period is just really late ??? Idk . Help😩😩
