Increase urination

For my ladies that have been pregnant before and are currently trying how many DPO did you start to notice an increasing in your need to pee I am currently 8 or 9DPO & having been needing to pee like every hour if not less And have been cramping but not as bad as period cramp in my lower region and have been

Having increased saliva as if I could throw up but not necessarily nauseous the past three days could this be a sign ??? I tested Monday morning it was negative I didnt wait long enough to see if the line was faint
