Does anyone else always get this alert on their Apple Watch?

Not sure if it’s something to be worried about or not.. but I literally always get these notifications at least 3 or more times a day

Look at the chart to see how high it got. If you were sleeping, might have just been a nightmare.

I got it all the time when I was pregnant. Pregnancy naturally raises your heart rate. If you’re not pregnant and are not exerting yourself when you get these alerts I would see a doctor.

i’ve gotten it plenty of times. i never worry because i don’t think it’s really accurate.

I had to stop wearing mine when I was pregnant, it just went haywire on me with alerts after 3 months. Put it back on day we got home from the hospital and still kept getting whacky alerts. Did a little research and realized I had the my weight from last summer 130lbs and was really 165 3days pp. Also when LO was about 3weeks I removed it when I would breast feed his latch was strong and kinda painful, so my heart ate would spike and the alert would startle him😕 just like if your watching a scary movie your hear rate can spike due to situations where you are technically “inactive”

I got it once but it said my heart rate had been above 130 lol

I never had an apple watch. But I had an android watch and when I found out I was pregnant my resting heart rate was 20-30 beats faster.
