I’m 18 and pregnant my boyfriend is 17 and working (I’m not) and he makes 7.50 an hour. And if I am eligible will they go after him for child support even if I put him on the papers since he’ll be paying the bills ?

Depends on your state laws. I suggest you get a job as well. You have bills and a baby to provide for too. It’s not all on him to provide. He is still a minor as well.
