Healty eating and fitness.

Anyone have some advice on health and fitness. Im a very active person with 8 year old twins. I recently found out im pregnant.

During my first pregnancy i gained 3x my weight and struggled to get back down. After i reached my normal weight had alot of skin removed. But i really didn't care what i ate or did during my first pregnancy. This time around i would love to stay healthy and fit, without compromising my baby's health. I do cardio and weight training and use to do calorie counts. However now im not sure what is safe and what not. Anyone know of an online fitness trainer, app, or book i can get some tips from?
