So one of my colleagues at work (who always comes to me for advice) has just found out she’s pregnant.

She’s only 19, has only been with the dad a few months and still lives at home with her parents, so she has opted for an abortion.

In no way am I judging her decision because it is honestly the best decision for her and she hasn’t made this decision lightly.

But it still completely breaks my heart.

I’m trying so hard to be there for her because I completely understand this must be so difficult, and she needs all the support she can get at this time.

I suppose I just needed to get my feelings out there as I don’t want her to feel like she can’t come to me.
