How often should my husband and I have sex to ensure maximum possibility of conception ?

Husband had a semen analysis and abstained from ejaculating for 3 days before it. His results came back good and the doctor said he actually had a high volume of semen compared to the average (probably from going three days without doing his thing)

We are currently having sex every day of my fertile window and have had no luck yet.

Should we be trying every other day or even every two days since he had a large amount after 3 ?

Wondering what would be best for us.
