When are you supposed to use lotion ?

my girl is 4 weeks old and i havent used any lotion for her after her baths. when am i supposed to start ?

I have been using lotion since two weeks. I use johnson and johnson bedtime lotion after baths and a more light weight plant based lotion on dry spots and for sensory massages.

I have used almond oil since day one. I bought lotion because I figured oil might be a bit too much for summer but ive actually not used the lotion once

I used virgin olive oil & it’s been amazing...no rashes , breakouts or dry skin

I have used it from the start on his body I try hard to avoid the face unless I he really needs it. Did the same for my oldest and neither have gotten baby acne.

We started around 1.5 / 2 weeks cause his skin was pretty dry being late and all.
