10 dpo symptoms

I’m 10 DPO today and Im having to pee a lot more and not really drink that much it seems. My body temp is like hot to the touch coworkers even noticed my body temp is hot. I’m having like stretched ligament pains on each side. Anyone else have these symptoms and got a BFP?
