Help! I scratched my nipple and the skin broke
Hey guys, my boobs have been so itchy and I have been trying not to scratch them but I must have in my sleep and the skin broke. It keeps on weeping and getting stuck on my bras and pjs and bedsheets. What can I do to help the skin heal? I had a salt bath last night and tried to dry it out. But I have to go to work and wear clothes lol and it’s winter in Australia!
