Can u get pregnant while breastfeeding

Hello I am breastfeeding my little girl will be one in September we have been talking about haveing another baby I am doing the clever blue ovulation tests it say I am high flashing face i spotted for 6 days it wasn’t anything more from little light pink blood them today I had like a sticky white cum my period hasn’t come Bk yet so anyone gotten pregnant while feeding
