Breastfeeding Nipples

I am still nursing my 14 month old, but the last two days or so, it’s been uncomfortable to nurse. Not necessarily painful.. but up to this point I haven’t had much feeling in them 😂 so this new feeling is bizarre. Could this be a sign of pregnancy? I’m two days late, but my periods aren’t regular. Has this happened to anyone?
