Help, early labor signs?

Constant back pain and lots of pressure down below that isn’t being relieved since about 4:00 pm. Haven’t noticed any contractions though really. Ignore it or should I be considered? Almost 38 weeks

I would at least call your nurse line / on call OB. They will give you a better idea if it's worth going in or trying stuff at home

Same boat as you. 38 weeks today and have been cramping since 3AM with lots of pressure and back pain. Since my cramping wasn't timing out to 10 minutes or less apart, my nurse told me to just wait it out but to pay attention if they start getting closer together and more intense.
