In early labor, no dilation

So, I have been having my irregular contractions (and they are real uncomfortable) for about 3 days now and from when they last checked me, my cervix is still closed. I'm 37 weeks and 3 days... this is for the birds lol. My first pregnancy I had nothing like this, my water just broke haha.

Anyone else going through or went through this?

Any tips or suggestions?
