Hi!! I mistakenly thought it was gas so was taking gasx (okayed by the nurse). When I kept complaining to the nurse, i than spoke to the doctor who indicated I had ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) which is an excessive response to taking the medicine used to make eggs grow during an IVF cycle. They ended up lowering my daily dosage. But the pain proceeded to get worse till a few days after my retrieval. Make sure to express your “gas” to your doctor so he can check during ultrasound and bloodwork!!

Mine were mainly emotional I got so pissed off over a lamp which is so not like me because I usually don’t even get angry even When I should LOL but I went ballistic on my husband and he was like WTF
