do you notice a difference? honesty please!

Hi ladies, I never posted something like this before but I’ve been insecure about my weight all my life and now I think I found a way to lose it which best suits me. My prom is this year and I would love to be able to fit into my dream dress and am trying really hard to do so. My friends have never seen me in a bikini. Sometimes I struggle with the workouts and will pause to catch my breath and I will continue and push through :)). Food is something I struggle with, there are days where I have binge eating disorders, then there are days where I try to starve myself. I’m trying to find a middle ground but it’s difficult. I’ve been drinking a lot more water lately and having sugary drinks only with my dinner meal. I was going to wait until next week to post this so I can say I’ve successfully stuck to it for a month which is a big deal for me, but I’m feeling a little discourage that it’s not working. Please be honest, critical or not I value everyone’s opinions. Do you see even a slightest bit of difference? And is it worth continuing in order to achieve my goal? If not it’s okay I will keep trying. I feel like I don’t see it and I know it might be a little hard to tell Bc the shorts are weird on my hip bone hahaha. Please share your thoughts below and any other tips are welcome as well :)) 💖
