Recent diagnosis
I was recently told I have PCOS.
Well. It completely. They said ya likely but because my prolactin levels were so high they didn’t want to say 100% til I see a endocrinologist next month.
However my mom has PCOS.
So I’m working on loosing weight.
So far I’ve been limiting my carbs and I’ve lost 17 lbs. but I’m curious what diets work best for you all?? Any tips?
