Has anyone here had any experience with having to testify in court for your husbands custody case? Him and his lawyer need to testify to confirm some facts and it seems simple enough but I’m nervous as I was wanting to not testify. No reason really other than it gives me anxiety. I’m worried that the other parties lawyer will ask me a bunch of questions to trick me into saying something to use against my husband. Idk. If anyone has any advice or experience I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
