This is my first pregnancy and mc. It has happened so fast, went for a follow up u/s today because they suspected things weren't going well. By tonight I was having AF cramps and (tmi diarrhea) so I went and got the pain meds filled and bought giant maxi pads 😢 a few hours later I started having what I can only describe as "almost labor pains" I mean no one prepared me for this physical pain 😱 I did fill up a pad in about an hr or so and I know that can be concerning. Shortly after I passed a fist sized clot, which I'm assuming was the sack? I now feel extremely weak and very shaky. Should I be ok now that I've passed the sac or do I need medical attention? I don't have a follow up for two weeks. Thank you ladies and I'm so sorry for all of you who have or are going through this 😢🙏
