Pregnancy Body Pillow Recommendations

I never realized there were so many different body pillows because the last time I was pregnant there were only a few out there. I am in need of one but I don’t know which type of pillow would be best... Can anyone recommend a really good body pillow; one that won’t lose its firmness too quickly, one of good quality, the best shape to get ( C-shaped, U-shaped, etc.) & is one specific brand better than the other?
