Where can I buy mothers milk tea in UK?

I'm exclusively expressing and supply is going down. Where can I buy this? I'm not keen to buy online incase isn't genuine product. Any tips on increasing supply? I express 5-6 times over 24 hours for 30 mins. I have an electric pump on one breast and hakka on other and alternate this during expressing session. I have a 2 year old also so can't spend and more time than I do pumping.

Be careful. Fenugreek is hit or miss. It can either boost your supply or make it go way down

Do you have DM drogerie there it’s a German store? Or maybe the baby section of a supermarket with food and formula and baby teas. I eat a large bowl of oatmeal each morning and I think that helps.

try just fenugreek tablets instead (it’s one of the main ingredients in that tea), amazon do letter-box friendly packets for about a tenner. 600mg, take 2-4 tablets 3 times a day.
